The vision for City Link Community Hub is to be a Resource to the city. One aspect of our expression is as an Apostolic resource, is to be a place of worship and training for Christian Churches and other organisations across the city; a place where people are trained and equipped as Disciples of Jesus Christ. Another aspect of this, is to be a place where the local community is engaged, welcomed, and ultimately transformed.
We have seen the property develop as a resource for many organisations, and we are also privileged to see people becoming a resource too. With each passing year, a growing number of churches are using the centre for prayer, worship, biblical training and equipping.
The Gold Coast House of Prayer is also utilised by various churches as a place for fellowship, worship, and prayer. There are also rooms available to rent, for counselling and other ministries requiring a private space.
Seeds of Hope Community Services has been working in and supporting various community projects in Nerang and the wider Gold Coast since 2005. Their aim is to bring hope and practical support to people in need within the community. These projects have included food parcels, backyard cleanups, community BBQ's, backpacks for the homeless, community transport service, Christmas parties for kids in care, community leaders training, breakfast programs at local primary schools, budgeting classes and No Interest small Loans to assist people financially.
